Golfing Towards a Healthier Society

On July 18th, the Hudson Regional Hospital Foundation hosted its 4th Annual Golf Classic. Participants, whether they chose to play golf or not, could pay to take part in the event. Even if participants chose a golf-less experience, lunch and dinner was supplied. Further, all proceeds earned are used to better the community and improve people’s lives. The Licatesi Law Group was among those who contributed.

The Hudson Regional Hospital Foundation is a nonprofit charity foundation whose goal is to raise funds to improve society. The funds are donated to charities focused on providing food, healthcare, and other necessities directly to people in need. Last year, the Hudson Regional Hospital Foundation raised funding for mobile health clinics, along with providing improvements to the Hudson Regional Hospital to better treat patients. Hopefully with this year’s contributions, further improvements can be made to Hudson Regional Hospital and the surrounding community.
