WILLIAM G. McCABE is the firm's senior trial attorney. He brings to the firm over twenty years of experience in litigating personal injury cases. He has taken over seventy-five jury verdicts and tried cases in most New York State and Federal Courts. He has also resolved hundreds of cases through arbitration and mediation. Many of his case results have been published in New York’s top Verdicts and Settlements. Mr. McCabe’s career has been focused on protecting the rights of those catastrophically injured through the negligence of others.
Mr. McCabe is graduate of Touro University, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and Limestone University where he was a captain of a nationally ranked NCAA division 2 lacrosse team. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Brehon Law Society of Nassau County and the Long Beach Lawyers Association.
