Paul Ulitsky dedicated his career to representing victims of negligence. His zealous advocacy inside and outside of the courtroom has lead to the resolution of many claims regarding nursing home abuse and neglect and medical malpractice. He considers himself a voice for the voiceless and an advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves. Paul is a graduate of Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra Univeristy where he was a valued member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society where he competed inter and intra scholastically against students in the top law schools in the region. Paul received the “Top Client Advocate” award from Hofstra’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Society for his advocacy and creative problem solving strategies as well as winning the inter-mural negotiation competition in his 3L year. During his time at Hofstra University, he was also heavily involved in the Family Law Clinic where he and his team provided “child centered” mediation for indigent families in the community. Through his time with the Family Law Clinic, he also obtained a certification as a child centered mediator.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member in good standing in the New York State Courts and in the United Stated Eastern District.
